Co-Founder & CEO
Cedric co-founded InfraBlocks to pursue his passion for exploring innovations for sustainable finance. Over the last decade, Cedric worked on pioneering development initiatives with the World Bank, the French Development Agency, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and BNP Paribas, covering over 50 countries globally.
Cedric holds a Masters’ degree in Finance from Sciences Po, France, and an additional Masters’ degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale, France. Cedric also took part in the Erasmus Mundus Program at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, India.
Shubhomoy is a co-founder of InfraBlocks, leading in global strategic partnerships and capital market participation. He has over twenty-six years of experience in global project finance and consulting activities in the energy and infrastructure sectors with a strong focus on renewables & climate transactions.
His previous activities include advisory assignments for the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, United Nations (ESCAP) and USAID, and project financing transactions across Asia and Africa.
Shubhomoy graduated with Honors in Physics from Presidency College, University of Calcutta and has a PGDM from International Management Institute, New Delhi, under academic affiliation with IMD International, Lausanne, Switzerland.
Co-Founder & President
Ashley has 15 years’ experience from a technical, business, and strategic perspective in relation to sustainability and carbon management internationally.
Ashley is a Chartered Environmental Engineer and his experience ranges heavy industry sectors including oil and gas, new energy, hydrogen, ammonia, and geo-sequestration. He has been involved in assessing carbon removal projects internationally.
Ashley is acting as a mentor and strategic advisor to several Climatetech companies and provides decarbonisation and sustainability strategies to C-suite executives to successfully manage climate risk and future business resilience.
Sheeba is the marketing analyst at InfraBlocks.
Backed with skills in market research, digital marketing, and brand psychology through her previous work experience, she is responsible for the marketing and branding of the organization.
Sheeba is passionate about brand building and developing impactful market presence for businesses leveraging brand awareness, association, and advocacy.

Dr. Jaijit Bhattacharya
Jaijit has over twenty-five years of experience in technology, innovation, strategy and public policy. Former Head, Centre for Fourth Industrial Revolution in India, World Economic Forum, and former Partner, Economics and Policy Practice, KPMG. He was also an Advisor to President’s office of Sri Lanka on e-governance and ICT Policy.
Jaijit is also Adjunct Professor at IIT Delhi, President of Centre for Digital Economy Policy Research and member of Governing State of IIT Raipur.
Vish has spent his career harnessing the power of creativity in crafting technology, and currently Founder & CEO of Logical Steps.
Logical Steps has helped with the digital transformation of several global leading organizations across sectors: from banking to healthcare. As a CEO for more than 15 years, he has used innovative approaches to battle business adversities and convert them into success stories.
Pia Bruce has spent most of the last decade working towards women’s empowerment and gender equality in Asia.
As the Executive Director of the Singapore Committee for UN Women (formerly UNIFEM) for over eight years before taking on a Senior Advisor role (now known as United Women), she has been heavily involved in multiple initiatives that provide women and girls with access to education, economic independence and a life free of violence and abuse.
Pia is also passionate about investing in women, and spending part of her time with Angels of Impact, supporting women-led social enterprises in the region.
Jyoti is a global expert with more than 20 years of experience in leading Green Infrastructure Finance and PPPs in developing countries. She leads on supporting governments’ public investment pipelines, preparing PPP projects, financing decarbonization and resilient infrastructure programs.
Jyoti has worked internationally at the World Bank Group and at the United Nations. Currently, she is leading the partnerships agenda as the Executive Committee member of World Association of PPP Professionals and PPP Units (WAPPP) and as the Associate Editor of the Journal of Infrastructure, Policy and Development at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, part of the National University of Singapore.
Jyoti holds an MBA from George Washington University in Washington, DC, USA and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from St. Stephens College in Delhi, India.
